Although we do lots of different things, at it’s core our charity is a parent support group.
S.P.A.C.E. was created by parents of children with ADHD, because the support they needed for their families didn’t exist. Our monthly meet ups currently take place at The Dog and Partridge pub on the A6 in Stockport. In the past they’ve taken place in a variety of different places, but the format has remained the same.
We have occasional guest speakers, but we usually let you get on with chatting to other parents. The team are here to help and signpost where we can, but our biggest strength is in parents meeting other parents that share their challenges.
Our monthly meet ups take place on the second Tuesday of the month between 7.00 and 9.00 pm. If you are a parent or carer of a child or young person with ADHD and would like to meet other parents and carers, in a friendly relaxed environment then you are welcome to join us.
