We’re currently heading towards our final parent and carer meet up of 2025 and we’d just like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. As parents ourselves, we know that the next few weeks will probably be full of school plays, carol services, Christmas fairs, hectic shopping, present hiding, last minute wrapping and possibly a few tears. Christmas is an exciting time, but that excitement and the change in structure can make it hard to navigate for neurodiverse children.
We’ll be at The Dog and Partridge on Tuesday 9th December from 7.00 pm until 9.00 pm as usual. Christmas can be a stressful time and if you’d like to catch up with other parents and carers, you are very welcome to join us.

S.P.A.C.E. Advent Calendar
The S.P.A.C.E. Advent Calendar is back with daily snippets of facts and information about ADHD.

ADHD Artists Playlist
A few years ago Claire created a Spotify Playlist of artists with ADHD. Over the years we’ve just kept adding to it, so if you need some background music for December, why not have a listen?
As people talk more openly about their ADHD, it’s easier than ever to find people who excel in sports, entertainment, business and every other field. The idea behind the playlist was to help introduce our children to a few potential role models. Having ADHD can definitely be a challenge, but it doesn’t mean that they can’t be successful.
