Changes to ADHD and Autism Diagnosis for Children and Young People in Stockport
Last month the NHS in Greater Manchester announced their changes to the way that children are assessed for ADHD and Autism. It has been decided that all children (from birth to 18 years) that are waiting for assessment will be reviewed by clinicians from either Paediatrics or CAMHS in their local area, to decide whether or not they meet the criteria to remain on the neurodevelopmental waiting list.
