The SPACE Group are currently on Sumer break so there won't be a meet up in August. Rescheduled July Meeting
Our usual home of Funky Monkey has been having some renovation work done for the last few weeks so we are rescheduling this week's meeting to Wednesday 25th July. PIPS Family Information Day
On March 8th the SPACE Team attended a Family Information Day hosted by PIPS Stockport. The events are a valuable source of information for families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. For the SPACE group these events are a brilliant way to meet new parents, catch up with friends from other organisations, attend informative workshops and feedback new information to our parents and carers. NICE Guidelines
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) provide national guidelines and advice to improve health and social care and this month they released a new set of guidelines for Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD / ADHD) These new guidelines update and replace the previous guidelines from 2008.
